The above serves in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR to protect our legitimate interest in optimal marketing of our offer by enabling safe purchases. Further personal data is transferred to Trusted Shops GmbH if, after placing an order, you decide to use Trusted Shops products or have already registered to use them, a contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies. For this purpose, personal data is automatically collected from the order data. Whether you as a buyer are already registered to use Trusted Shops products is checked automatically based on a neutral parameter - an e-mail address encrypted using cryptological one-way encryption. The email address is encrypted before being transmitted using a hash value so that it cannot be decrypted by Trusted Shops. After checking for compliance, the parameter is automatically deleted.

This is necessary for the purposes of our and Trusted Shops' legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR in the scope of providing the buyer protection service associated with a specific order each time and the service of issuing opinions about purchases in the store.
