We have another reason to celebrate: our Hal console has received the prestigious Dobry Wzór 2021 award. We’re delighted that our unique design has been recognized.
Dobry Wzór 2021 Competition
The Industrial Design Institute is the organizer of the longest-standing design competition in Poland. For almost 30 years, it has highlighted exceptional projects—especially those that appeared on the market recently and address user needs. It also honors work that combines innovation and environmental care. We must say that borcas fits perfectly into that direction. The jury comprises true aesthetes and design specialists.
Award for the Hal Console
The Hal console was submitted to the Dobry Wzór competition in the “home – furniture” category. Agata Nowak’s design certainly earned its place on the finalists list. As it turned out, we ended up winning the award, and we’re overjoyed about it.
Why the Hal console in particular? It embodies an orderly space, functionality, harmony, and aesthetic appeal. The design draws inspiration from the Berlin collection, which takes us back to the forms of the Bauhaus era. This piece is versatile for not only home interiors but also other types of rooms. It offers plenty of storage space on both its lower and upper shelves. Simple, slightly rounded legs complement the overall design, ensuring an ergonomic and visually pleasing result.
